Multhani Mitti Benefits for Hairs

Natural Afro Hair Care requires a healthy diet, plenty of water, and a diet to hydrate your curly hair. Even though my hair stays protective in the winter months, I always make sure to hydrate my hair and continue to maintain it. Let’s find out what this natural ingredient is.

I first discovered this soil during my research on the internet research ‘slippery slope’ when I was looking for a natural conditioning product that could cause hair follicles without my feet and sulfate. I was interested in it because it is one of the Ayurvedic products launched in India. The “Veda” is a cleansing of the mind and body in which the natural land of the “Mother Earth” is used. This product was great for me as I realized that its uses would be good for my irritated skin and my hair. It has been used in India for centuries and has the benefits of this soil.

Multani soil contains silica, calcium, iron and magnesium, these minerals are essential to our body, you can imagine the great benefits to their own skin, I will write an article on skin masks, but today Today we will look at the hair mask. I made a hair mask using the following ingredients. Silica is essential for hair texture and texture (hence vitality), calcium is essential for thick and dense hair. Iron promotes hair growth and magnesium helps absorb all of these wonderful minerals.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of clay
1 teaspoon of amino acid
2 tablespoons olive oil
Coconut milk – enough to mix up to a smooth, slightly dense paste
Paste

Mix all the ingredients until you find a smooth paste, make sure that it does not drizzle as the mixture in your throat will dissipate!
Apply on fresh clean hair (I use castle soap to wash my hair). Others use a squeeze bottle, depending on the thickness of your blend, but I go straight with my fingers, then comb my hair during use.
Wear a shower cap or hang on your head, wrap around your hair even underneath all your hair envelopes. I know this is the best way because it retains heat. Leave it for at least 30 minutes, I left mine for about 3 hours (why not !!)
Rinse with lukewarm water and make sure all the mixture is washed off your hair.
As you like the style, after the glow, my hair was so soft and my curl pattern was appreciated.
